A new thread to ask a simple question - why are ISX shares still suspended?
FACTS 1. ASX suspended ISX 2. ASX published Statement Of Reasons (SoR) which overwhelmingly focused on questionable issue of performance shares 3. ASX has never published a SoR document for any other ASX listed company. Ever 3. ASIC has launched a civil case against ISX and JK 4. The way the case is pled, ASIC state the revenue was achieved and the performance shares validly earned 5. ATO issue recipients of performance shares a tax bill (personal matter not ISX matter) 6. ASIC and ATO are government agencies 7. Therefore the Government agrees the performance shares were right to be issued 8. ISX is still suspended 9. The market is fully informed
So, with the government staying the performance shares were validly issued, but the ASX suspending ISX because they think they are dubious, why is ISX suspended ?
