For an economy to grow in any beneficial way it must be driven by manufacturing, exports and wages growth from the private sector. Turnbull's idea of Jobs and Growth has come from borrowed and taxpayers funded billions being spent on the NDIS and Gonski, no wonder we have no wages growth and stagflation, just more blank cheque writing by a PM whos only real ambition is to stay as PM.
