How on earth can an economy be driven by manufacturing? You pack of simpletons are living in the 1950s. Where are these new export markets you dream of? The capitalists have automated production for the purpose of lowering wages and you talk of manufacturing and wages! Here is the news for you. The worker is not paid out of current production but is paid out of previous existing resources. The worker has no stake in what is produced but is paid simply for labour time. As his productive capacity is steadily increased he has no stake in the increased production, which eventuates in a crisis because in the end the product cannot be sold, unless new markets for exploitation are found.
