CSL very sensibly locates its plasma collection centres in areas where people want to sell plasma. These areas include college towns, military bases, migrant communities, and low income/ blue collar suburbs generally.
Quite obviously you won't find many CSL plasma collection centres in Beverly Hills, or on Wall Street.
I don't think anyone should be surprised to find that this is the case.
