There has not been a change in regulation,but the regulations, like many in US ,are weak,and offer less protection to the donors than any other western country. Try donating plasma here twice a week!

it is a moral hazard issue in risk management terms,and under present government most unlikely to have an impact there,but the double standards may raise concerns in Australia and elsewhere.
I think all shareholders need to be mindful of the supply chain details.
CSL is a great company,and I have held shares since its inception,until recently, but I think this is a less than good practice,with financial benefit out saying individual health issues.
It's worth discussing !
