Mass exodus? couldn't be more bogus..

Overall net migration was still positive. WA population grew 29,800 in the year to March 2016.

Currently it looks like more investors are wanting to sell than buy. I'd like to guess quite a few negatively geared investors are feeling the pain of falling rents in combo with falling prices.
