I lived in Warrnambool for 4 years in the 1970s. I don't know about now, but in those days, in summer its population doubled because of people went their for their holidays.
It is just another small country city.
Just outside of Warrnambool, there is an extinct volcano.
Further away, there is Port Fairies.
