Why doesn't HC just create a Disclosure/Position called: SHORT.

I'd have quite a bit of respect for someone who is SHORT and disclosing it. And up against it, in the face of it all, going against the pack. I'd love it. It'd be a 2 horse race and someone is going to lose.

I think what really annoys long term holders like me is when someone just bags the company out, quite often without using fact or educated statement and without disclosing motives. If you hate RS because you bought at $5 and stop lossed at $2.61, i can understand that. Just disclose it. You think lithium is about to bomb and you are shorting, no problems. Just say so.

But this bulldust of hidden motives gets people annoyed and rightfully so. But it doesn't matter, because fundamentals always win out eventually.
