What nonsense! the sale of Telstra was a bipartisan decision. In fact it was Labor's Mr Beasley who ignored advice to the contrary and ensured that Telstra's wholesale and retail divisions were sold as one.
"spending $43B+ just for the sake of a few being able to download a movie or porn a little quicker as offensive" - most of the movie downloads will be for free - aka as theft, I fail to see the the moral case for that...
