Absolutely agree...government is getting desperate now and Trujillo knew exactly what he was doing in fending off structural separation and that is why he HAD to get ugly with the government. He was protecting shareholders and they knew that putting a bid in for NBN would be a disaster since shareholder wealth (mum and dad's money) would be put towards the goverment's wishes. Where was the 43 billion when they were negotiating with Telstra??
