On a per head basis, rudd could have probably built half his NBN with that alone
Also where is the business plan for NBN?
apparently if everybody in australia were to move onto the NBN it would cost $200
People who pull con jobs usually don't come up with well worked out business plans
they just make grand gestures and treat everyone as suckers
