    I think the early results of animal trials indicate in most cases a larger immune response than expected.

    Further, often with vaccinations you may need booster shots to create a long lasting response. ie: Hepatitis B may be given at 0, 1 and 6 months or thereabouts. Hepatitis A one injection, and a second 6 months later to give longer lasting protection.

    But possibly not, until the human trials start and the antibody are measured over time they won't know. And one vaccine may be a better response than others.

    But maybe it will have to be a yearly injection. Maybe it will only work for half of people.

    Too many unknowns.
