    so it seems, when you consider it was 3.5c not long ago.

    had potential to go to 7.5c today.

    in a normal mkt, this ann would have sent sp a lot higher.

    doesn't help either with ann of jp morgan/bear sterns sending dow futures down 200 pts (early days, I hope).
