I too was shocked at the 5% at first but now feel that Kevin got the balance right. He is keen to get a global agreement for 450ppm so he is sincere.
The structural change to renewables just wont be as fast as we investors would like, but who knows what the climate (in both senses of the word) will be like in two years time.
Things are changing rapidly.
