Regarding the targets, as so many permits will be given free to poluting exporters, and no serious effort is made to reduce transport polution, the heavy lifting is being left to the electricity sector, again.
While this is bad news for Australia's reputation, it may put Geodynamics in the box seat after proof of concept.
