We do all know that the hotel owner is still out of pocket the 100 euro. He was paid it by the hooker but had to hand it back to the rich German, so in effect he actually never got paid for the room.
So everyone else is happy, but the hotel owner, though no longer in debt, is still out of pocket of 100 euro which he will now NEVER get back....
There is always a loser, will probably be the IMF...
