I would like to see where any of those funds promised by Arizona Commerce Authority were paid. Or did AZL fail to meet all of the conditions that came with the "grants" ? ACA nearly lost its existence for giving free Super Bowl tickets to unproductive CEO's like Paul Lloyd.
Arizona has collected US $1 billion in taxes on marijuana sales in the last three years. It collects zero royalties from mining on federal land -- but then, neither does the federal government.
I would like to see where any of those funds promised by Arizona...
