Just a thought. So as not to dilute the shareholding further don't issue any more. Let me use an analogy. Imagine you are at the servo and need petrol for your car. Sadly you find you have left your wallet at home. Luckily there is a hitchhiker who is willing to pay for some petrol provided you give him a lift. You have the vehicle (BOT) and he has paid for the fuel (research/listing) Hence a win win for all. So if BOT allows an investor use of BOT's IP everyone is a winner and the share register remains the same.
