Quarterly has provide bit of relief to the holders & clear direction to new buyers.Plenty of news flow in coming months. Hence pro taking their time to accumulate. However, today providing confirmation on very limited supply at this price.
IMO, another day or two and they will have to step up to buy up more decent size. With double bottom pick; BOT will break through 12.5-13c by end of the week.
