good question but I doubt this was done post manufacture. BOT would not have the team in place to do this and would have just asked the suppliers approved by yhe fda to manufacture at the desired concentrations as requested. They would already have gone back to check the batches but I can not see any thing in the current communication from the company that this was the problem
