It's clear:
Drug showed clear Safety, Clear Efficacy against acne for Australia but missed for US due to manufacturing problem. US formulations could not be outsourced to suppliers & so the the end result being 11 different batches produced for the purposes of the US study.

US manufacturing issue now been sorted by newly supply agreement with world's largest and most experienced synthetic cannabidiol manufacturer - Purisys.

I think, Board is competent enough to convince FDA based on Efficacy and Safety of the drug to resolve issue created by US results and will able to go green light for the Preparation of Phase 3.
