    Welfare is to support the poor.

    Wages are to pay people for productive work.

    A living wage is for.... sucking air? standing around ? Not dying?


    Meanwhile dairy farmers who wake up at 3am 365 days per year and get less money for milk than bottled water. The world has gone mad!
