Don't know why bloggers can't read the Green's reason for offering cash to these guys.
It's simply buying influence by a high profile section of society. Also the Greens will legalise their drug taking and normalise PLGBTI tendencies as an additional bonus.
Remember the "Arts" includes comedians whose pro Green and anti Lib humour is pouring into universities and elsewhere. These guys reinforce the Green ideology on a daily basis so why not reward them with cash.
