I'm interested in something: why not address all remuneration of all employees?
What's your focus on the highest performing person on our team all about? Do you want him to earn better money?
Will you be informed of anything official by a response from us? Maybe call the company and ask for an official projection there - it would be good if you posted it back on here.
After he delivers us a multi-Billion dollar deal, he deserves half a million a year for all i care....maybe even a mill neat! What do you think?
