First you say the interest rates are capped and they are not, now you say the fees are upfront but the ann does not state that. I would think some components of the fees are one off and others ongoing - the company should clarify that although in terms of 20% and 12.5% interest loans a few extra percent for fees are of neither here nor there. I agree the company probably had no alternative.
