This is a very interesting article of the vast heavy oil belt of the Orinoco! Trinidad is part of this oil belt and BP have off-shore operations around TT AND AN ON-SHORE REFINERY.BP are reluctant to let go of their TT operations.....does this bode well for RRS, does this tell us something?
