A TH re a CR was called 15 days ago. 2 days later details were released. These details included a placement of 125m shares at 1.2c, with 100m shares being issued to Investmet ltd and the balance going to other sophisticated and institutional investors. Firm commitments had been received, the 30/9 ann said

It's usually the case that the new shares in instances such as this issue after a few days - after payment and clearance. However, here, no new shares have issued and that occurrence is quite overdue. Can that mean that someone has reneged on a commitment? I can't think of any other reason.

If Investmet has paid up and others haven't, then it's hard to imagine that Somers and Partners would not be able to fill the hole with other SIs, so has Investmet pulled the pin?

I can only guess, but it's clear that something abnormal has happened.

It's also my view that the delay in issuing these 125m shares has put everything else on hold; certainly the release of the entitlements issue details, and maybe too some assay results.

It is concerning!!
