Whatever it is Shady, the delay has all the makings of the deal falling through.
I can't help but think there are some skeletons in RNI's cupboard that seem to appear when s deal of sorts arise.
I am wondering whether the first and last right of refusal for the assets to RNI could be the stickler to this deal. If I were MLX I wouldn't put any more money into RNI. There's upside either way for them. Just my opinion.
