If you read the quarterly, you would not have written this post as you have blatantly presumed incorrectly. See difference between under contract and under management.

For everyone else that researches properly (or can read, not sure which applies), this is a little table I've whipped up that shows that the size of the strata that LPE has been adding the 'under contract' in the last quarter has actually be much larger.

Based on the figures in the report, LPE added another 32 strata communities while also adding 19.8 GW under contract, which equates to 0.61875 GW per new strata. Compared to 0.374 GW per strata before, which illustrates that LPE are not only ramping new signings, they're getting bigger

Really wouldn't mind seeing a partnership with a large developer of some sort, not an expert in the area so don't know if that's a possibility, but would be great to see LPE guaranteed new contracts for a certain developer etc, JTOL
