A bit late, & yes I too had trouble opening the link. I hv since discovered where long 'off the page' links are concerned it is necessary to click on 'FULL WIDTH" bottom left of a Post to reveal entire link b4 copying & pasting into address bar.
Another way offered by HC is Qte - To view the full image please use the single post view (the view link after the time of the post)- Unqte
Similarly, I note some Posters post material tt requires it to be scrolled side to side in order to read all the content. Readers coming across such posts can get round the problem in the same way, by clicking on 'FULL WIDTH".
