I see nothing contradictory there.. that report even says the land owner dispute was resolved, as we already knew, and that as part of the DFS there will be another planned entrance to the mine constructed.. same as the email.

So once again, for technical details we have to wait for the DFS, they have no requirement to release this detail amongst many other details right now.

Binding BMW offtake is what matters in the immediate term, would give massive investor confidence and could de-risk things significantly imo.
