VALUABLE EXPLORATION INITIATIVES
During the week, the South Australian Government provided some practical assistance to explorers, namely:
• deferral of mineral exploration licence fees for six months; and
• a 12-month waiver of exploration expenditure commitments.
These initiatives are of immediate benefit for Havilah in preserving its cash resources.
In the meantime, Havilah continues with its exploration drilling program at Kalkaroo, a remote and isolated location, under strict observance of coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines.

Havilah owns the Kalkaroo Station pastoral lease, a non-mineral asset on which the Kalkaroo copper-gold-cobalt deposit is located, reducing land access risks.
OUR MINING MINISTER'S STATEMENT
Much has been written and said in recent weeks in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, but few have put it better than the South Australian Minister for Energy and Mining, the Hon Dan van Holst Pellekaan, in a recent video. It is good to be working in a State where mining is genuinely welcomed, encouraged and valued for its contribution to the economy and society.
On the same theme, Andrew Spence in his InDaily article captures the importance of the mining sector to South Australia, which it so happens is the 6th most attractive mining investment destination in the world.
Havilah is doing its part by putting in place a strategy to achieve potential early gold production at Kalkaroo, which could then help kick-start the much larger and longer term copper-gold-cobalt project that would contribute substantially to South Australia's Copper Strategy.
May all Havilah's shareholders and friends have a peaceful and enjoyable Easter with those closest to them as we all celebrate at home this year.
Cheers
