I don't think CBA selling out has anything to do with their research. As I had posted earlier, lending and investing are two different arms. They may or may not have to consult each other while making such decisions. I think it's good for CNP holders as there not much selling pressure. It is evident by today's volume as well. All we need now is good news about extension this week & then asset sale process to continue. The big extension we will be only told on 15th December2008 , I guess as Centro has habit of making such ann on the last minute or sometimes a day after. Now we have lost most of our investment, the only option we have is to hope for the best. Fortunately Banks will be more considerate given current climate.
