Those who know anything about printing, will tell you that shredding of documents is not the end of it.

All the original printing plates are kept in vaults for many years.

The author of the report will have kept several copies.
Consequently, the Qld., labor people involved in the shredding of the Govt. copy of the report should start to worry IMHO.
