Canzman...thats not true.
The creditor was smart.
If they liquidate ADY...they get their money 2-3 years later...or whats left of it after the liquidators sort things out.
This creditor gets $3 million up front (about one third)....waits about 12 weeks for the rest, plus an extra million for waiting an extra 8 weeks...and ADY has effectively signed the company over to them if they fail.
Its such a different picture from what the company has been painting over the past few months.
