The high court decided otherwise, the result a home invasion that resulted in a 73 year old lady been badly beaten and left emotionally ruined for the rest of her life.

Our government doesn't get much right but even they tried to stop this from happening. The judges should be removed immediately for such a stupid decision and a deterent to future judges making the same mistake.
