one might speculate that if an insto was planning to drive the share price through the roof as t4p suggests, that before they begin they'd like to have a significant holding secured at current prices. Particular given the exponentially rising cost of driving the price up... Further it would be nice to have this secured before it is effectively announced that the higher the SP of this company the more it's worth...
75m shares (15% of the company) locked in at 22c seems like a nice start...
