Looks like a CHN type rerate move
CHN discovered hits in unstable Eritrea of 10-20 g/t with 4m at 32 g/t.
Its MC from May to now went from $80M to $1010M in 6 months (20c to $3.50)
East African-focused company Chalice Gold Mines (ASX: CHN) have received assays from 15 holes of the 31-hole, ~5,000 metre infill diamond drilling program at the Koka Gold Deposit in Eritrea.
Results received to date are consistent with previous drilling that indicated a decline in quartz stockwork development and gold grades at around 150 metres depth.
The results, which will form part of the final resource estimate for the Koka feasibility study, include 6 metres grading 12.37 grams of gold per tonne in ZARD 135; 5 metres grading 21.90 grams of gold per tonne in ZARD 135; 10 metres grading 9.97 grams of gold per tonne in ZARD 136 and 4 metres grading 32.76 grams of gold per tonne in ZARD 137.
TRY has discovered in a stable english speaking country with existing mill, staff and mines:-
o 11m @ 131.93 g/t Au from 223m
o 14m @ 8.39 g/t Au from 248m
o 6m @ 7.56 g/t Au from 209m
o 2m @ 24.49 g/t Au from 141m
o 25m @ 2.70 g/t Au from 171m
49M volume in 1 day out of 632M SOI = 7.75%
Can the MC of $94M increase next 7 days once this super high grade world class resource is digested globally and nationally.
NCM MC is $26B with PER of 28.8
SLR MC is 2,100M with PER of 10.7
PRU MC is 1,700M with PER of 17.3
CHN MC is $1000M with 40 PER after a run 20c to $3.50
AGD MC is $141M with PER of 11.2
TRY MC is $94M with PER of 4.0
A higher PER exceeding 10-20 indicates the market is forecasting strong earnings growth in the following 12 months.
Will TRY have higher earnings and margins due to this discovery right under its mine & next to its 1MTpa mill, if so the PER & MC should be way higher.
