    CTP don't want to change the price of gas, it's going up as a result of under-supply, good for CTP. Now that the pipeline has been committed to and will be built, thanks to RC's lobbying, he has obviously turned his attention to pipeline tariffs and therefore reducing CTP's cost-to-market which will impact future profitability, good for CTP. I would imagine this game could change quite a bit after COAG meets in December and there is some concrete clarity around pipeline regulation.
