Nitrogen fixing wheat would be the holly grail' for everyone in the world that's not a grain grower. For the first world it would mean cheaper food. For the third world it would mean more food and less starvation.
For the worlds farmers it would mean lower prices and lower incomes, just as whats happened with every other green revolution jump in production.
