IMO, it looks like BRN is well ahead of the big boys (IBM, etc), indeed the many presentations from BRN certainly suggest they are better prepared for AI chip mobile technology.
However, the competition in AI smartphone technology is getting more and more competitive and with many mobile manufactures wanting to make their own inroads BRN will need to move fast in this space, IMO.
I was kind of hoping BRN would sign up a partnership with Huawei, but to my disappointment they just released this ANN:
