I don't trust when the media quote unnamed source due to reprisal as this is their way of writing whatever they want as the media has their own agenda. If you are going to say something to a journalist don't hide behind "anonymous to avoid lengthy phone calls or visits from Magellan’s business development managers" that's just BS. Wouldn't a call from magellan be a good thing as then you could tell them your concerns and let them know that if things don't improve that you will be advising clients to look elsewhere.
