a placement is the worst possible news.

$2 is a joke. why couldn't they have issued at a premium like cuy did to jp morgan.

it is gross negligence to be issuing equity at 'mates rates' so soon before substantial news will be released to the market. it has taken months for whe to put on a decent gain and mgt are trying to f uck it up by signalling to the market they think whe is overvalued at 2.40.

or perhaps there is something more sinister involved. mgt by now must have a good idea at what pecs jorc is going to be. if its going to be s hit, dont u think now is a good time to be issuing equity before the eventual blood bath?
