    VWAP over last 7 days must be 2.20 -2.30. They would be hard pushed to offer the shares at $2 as that would be below normal capital raising discounts for 'sophisticated investors'.

    Although perhaps they called the halt to ensure that the price did not run away to raise the dosh at $2

    I vote for 1st for Rio sweetwater alliance, 2nd for takeover, and 3rd for capital raising.
