You've put forward a convincing fundamental case.
I am a chartist and going by the charts, the market obviously thinks there is a convincing case to get on board TLM. You suggested that TLM could soon be $1.50 a share. Going by the bullish flag pattern that TLM is just breaking out of today, the market is setting a target of around $1.40.
It would seem that if investors choose to follow either a fundamental or a technical approach, they will make money out of TLM.
