i solved the problem today, i sold around 2000 odd shares at 15c today, which leaves me with a total holding of 4000 DEV which are currently worth $600 so that's above the required minimum holding of $500 value of stock, 2000 of them cost me 29 and the other 2000 cost 13c, so my average has now dropped to 21c. It's tough out there being a great unwashed shareholder, the rorting hedge funds hold all the aces, they will always elbow you out of the way with a CXA trade and jump any length queue you might be in.
