I have been told that the ZYLotech AGM went flawlessly without a hitch. All the resolutions were passed unanimously and the shareholders supported the Board 100%.
As for smuggler's predictions of MP and Dr. Undies winning the day, he should realy be embarrased and apologise to this forum. It would have been a disgrace. I have the proxy figures;
For the QTK offer; 34,000 shares for, 43,000,000 against.
For Dr. Undie's relection;
2.6M for, 40M against.
It says it all, doesn't it? That's what investors think of the QTK team.
