Better to loan money for real estate speculation not businesses hey. Awesome for our economy.
Majority of those IO loans would be for newbies NG an invest property whilst renting for pure capital growth.
Not sure how all that tax perks adds to our economy, unless they sell of course.
Just think about how much money there is to be made by our country when the bubble bursts, all that capital gains tax!
The bubble bursting could send us into overdrive!
