Is that what I said? "better to loan money for real estate speculation not business " typical troll patrol. I would love for loans to be granted more so for business if it would improve the economy. But I live in the real world and will work within the bounds of reality. I'm not interested in your ideals. If banks prefer to lend for Real Estate than business that should tell you something.
