    Bank lending rules have tightened.
    Ghost property laws are being put in place.
    And the ALP is wanting restrictions on negative gearing.

    Im going to buy a place when the ALP are being removed from power (first they need to be put in) .

    There are forces limiting property price growth now. And the only other conventional investment is the asx.
